Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Loan Officers
- Minimum of 3+ years in residential mortgage lending
- Self-sourced, motivated producers with a proven track record
- Strong communication skills and a desire to close a minimum of 2 - 3 loans per month
- Looking for a streamlined platform, responsive leadership, and reliable operational support
Recent College Graduates
- Degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- Eager to learn and grow with mentorship from a high-level, experienced team
- Professional, coachable, and committed to launching a long-term career in mortgage lending
Solo Brokers Seeking a Fresh Start
- Licensed and originating but seeking structure, support, and community
- Interested in funding loans under a corporate name with backend operational support

- Our processing team manages disclosures, title, and submission, providing consistent updates and client communication
- If a challenge arises, it's escalated internally for fast resolution
Technology, Tools & Turnaround
- Access to our LOS (LendingPad), Rate Alert, company email, and marketing materials upon request
- Commission paid the next business day after receipt of lender funds
- Licensed in California, Colorado, Montana, Texas, and Washington, with the flexibility to support remote professionals
